10月13日，欧科云链副总裁张超在福州举办的第三届数字中国建设峰会上指出，区块链技术同5G、IOT（物联网）、人工智能、大数据等技术都是信息化系统的一部分，应该统筹使用才能发挥其价值。其表示，5G意味着更快的网络传输速度，作为数据传输的通道，是血液；IOT意味着更多的数据采集入口、感知层，作为现实世界信息化的基础设施，是眼睛；区块链可解决各个角色主体之间的交互逻辑和数据传输规则，是动脉；人工智能可基于数据和模型以更少的开发成本实现更好的系统服务，是大脑。
