据云南网10月20日消息，近日，云南发展改革委印发《云南省区块链技术应用和产业发展意见》，提出推动能源数据链上记录，促进不同主体间共享，面向南亚东南亚建设区域性国际电力交易中心，探索发展共享储能、能源金融、碳排放交易等场景的区块链应用。
