据新华网消息，谈及我国数字货币的发展现状，中金公司首席经济学家彭文生表示，我国当前的数字货币电子技术是作为一个电子支付手段，其主要目的是为了替代现金，“当前阶段我国数字货币还是用于替代现金（M0），我认为对经济影响非常有限，因为没有人无缘无故持有大量现金。”
