据中证网消息，十三届全国政协经济委员会主任尚福林10月25日在中国金融四十人论坛联合各组委会成员机构举办的第二届外滩金融峰会上建议，坚守金融科技服务实体经济的定位；拓展金融科技在普惠金融领域应用；突出金融属性，防范金融风险，夯实金融科技创新基础。其中，在拓展金融科技应用时他表示，一是全面提升服务可得性。二是有效提高信息透明度。一方面，大力增加企业和农村地区生产生活等多维度的数据信息收集力度，提高挖掘分析能力。另一方面，积极利用区块链易于追溯、难以篡改的技术优势，构建小微企业信用信息链上化，缓解小微企业应收账款真实可靠性等困扰。三是进一步提升服务效率。
