据移动支付网消息，10月27日，由匈牙利央行主办的第二届布达佩斯欧亚论坛开幕，中国人民银行原行长、博鳌亚洲论坛理事长周小川出席并作主旨发言，谈到央行数字货币的问题他表示，中国正在研发的DC/EP与七国集团（G7）联合国际清算银行最新公布的中央银行数字货币在定义上有显著差别。他认为，七国集团更加重视跨境支付及应对Libra，DC/EP则更重视改进国内零售支付系统。七国集团希望找到央行数字货币最优方案，DC/EP则是一个双层、动态中期演进的系统。DC/EP给予第二层机构更大积极性，并要求其负有更多责任。
