据新京报11月2日消息，北京市人社局日前公开发布《关于推进电子劳动合同相关工作的实施意见》。至此，北京在全国率先发文推进实施电子劳动合同。下一步，市人力资源社会保障局将探索运用互联网、区块链等新技术手段，形成“线上签约、链上管理、大数据应用”的劳动合同电子化应用管理新模式，推进电子劳动合同在政务服务事项全面应用，并逐步提升场景运用规模。
