据路透社11月3日消息，针对香港特区政府将推出有关加密资产的牌照，要求监管所有虚拟交易平台一事，香港证监会CEO欧达礼表示，此前证监会曾为加密货币交易平台制定了一套“可选择”的监管框架，但这些框架使某些交易平台可以脱离监管范围运作。
