据俄罗斯卫星通讯社消息，俄罗斯铁路公司第一副总经理谢尔盖·帕夫洛夫表示，在多式联运中采用电子导航封条、引入区块链技术和电子数据交换将使运输更加有效。而类似技术已经被用于INTERTRAN项目，其可确保海上航线运营商、铁路承运人、海关、发货人和收货人之间进行电子数据交换。
