据红网消息，日前，长沙市住房和城乡建设局等六部门印发了《关于加强房屋网签备案信息共享提升公共服务水平的通知》。通知指出，要通过全市统一的房屋网签备案电子合同签署平台，采用互联网+、区块链、人脸识别、电子印章等技术实行房屋买卖、抵押、租赁在线电子签约备案，实现房屋网签备案合同自动添加唯一的识别码，网上随时查询，全流程无纸化、全业务掌上办和“一次不跑”的目标。
