据山西《长治日报》报道，11月10日，山西长治高新区召开“长治区块链公链（公共服务链）底层基础设施建设项目（一期）”正式完成项目评审。项目一期完成了“可扩展区块链底层平台”、 “可视化区块链管理平台”两大平台系统，已实现20大主功能模块，57个子功能模块。项目负责人介绍说：“目前，项目二期的需求调研、产品原型设计工作和一部分基础技术已经完成。下一步，芯际科技会在11.10专家评审意见的基础上，对项目一期进行修改和完善，而后与山西长治高新区进行深度合作”。注：今年5月，山西长治高新区下属国有企业与芯际科技（山西）签订项目（一期）建设协议。6月8日，中国山西政府采购网发布《长治区块链公链底层基础设施建设项目单一来源公示》。芯际科技中标该项目，预算金额5000万元。
