山西忻州警方破获“SZSE数字货币交易所”诈骗案，涉案金额1000余万元

近日，山西忻州市公安局直属分局破获一起网络平台诈骗案件，犯罪嫌疑人利用虚假“SZSE数字货币交易所”平台对外发布投资理财信息，再以高利返还为诱饵，通过微信、QQ等网络聊天工具拉拢潜在客户实施诈骗。 经初步审查查明，犯罪嫌疑人李某、刘某等人自今年以来，纠集同伙20余人，多次转换作案场所实施诈骗。该团伙内部分工明确，组织架构严密，层级明显；有专业的平台运营、业务指导、业务推广、潜在客户联系、生活保障等不同层次的管理人员。该案现已查明涉案资金1000余万元。 目前，涉案的14名犯罪嫌疑人已被依法刑事拘留，案件正在进一步侦办中。
