娄底市12月1日起启动区块链不动产登记电子证照

据证券日报消息，11月27日，湖南省娄底市不动产登记中心发布公告，自12月1日起，市本级不动产登记全面启用区块链不动产登记电子证照。电子证照是证明权利人享有不动产权利的有效电子凭证，与纸质证照具有同等法律效力。据了解，该电子证照种类包括《不动产权证书》和《不动产登记证明》。不动产权利人可登录“娄底市不动产登记中心”微信公众号下载不动产登记电子证照，开展“互联网+不动产抵押登记”的银行业金融机构可登录“娄底市区块链银行服务平台”下载《不动产登记证明》的电子证照。
