11月30日，波卡二层扩容协议Plasm Network宣布，将进行第一次链外社区投票，以决定是否应该为第二次锁仓空投（lockdrop）中无人认领的参与者分发代币。官方表示，在大约两个月前已完成第二次锁仓空投，共有9325个地址参与，尽管已延长过一次认领代币的截止时间，但仍有6.9%的人未领取奖励代币。
