黄国平：未来数字人民币可自由兑换黄金和外汇的可能性较小

中国社会科学院投融资研究中心主任黄国平在接受采访时表示，在试点阶段，为了吸引更多人使用数字人民币，政策可能会宽松一点，允许数字人民币兑换黄金和外汇，个人认为可将其视作一种短期的激励手段。在黄国平看来，从长期来看，未来数字人民币可自由兑换黄金和外汇的可能性较小。数字人民币是纸币的数字化，纸币具有的功能，数字人民币都具有，而纸币没有的功能，数字人民币也没有。既然纸币不能兑换黄金和外汇，那么数字人民币大概率也是不可以的。不过，既然现在数字人民币未正式推出，相关政策还在研究讨论中，究竟是否能够兑换黄金、外汇，最终取决于国家货币、外汇政策。
