12月9日，MicroStrategy官方发文正式公布此前可转换票据计划的细则。官方称，将正式发行价值5.5亿美元的可转换票据，利用发行该票据所得净收入购买比特币。官方新闻稿中表示，这些债券将以私募方式向合格机构发行，预计将于12月11日完成发行。该可转换优先票据将于2025年12月5日到期。MicroStrategy估计，剔除必要的支出和折扣后，此次发行的净收益约为5.372亿美元。12月8日消息，MicroStrategy表示计划通过发行可转换票据，来筹集4亿美元，这将为配置更多比特币提供资金。
