据华夏时报消息，近日，在FBEC2020全球区块链产业未来发展峰会上，华为区块链首席战略官张小军表示，从当前来看，区块链以智能合约、加密算法、分布式算法等技术贯穿发展，防篡改和可溯源两个特性关联着区块链使用的根本，正是这些特性，使得区块链成为保护数据安全的重要技术，中国出台的《数据安全法》、《隐私安全法》等为区块链参与数据共享提供了有效依据。他还指出，华为不做应用，华为的目标是做好底层平台，让平台更安全，与合作厂商联合互利共赢。在此基础下，华为的一站式服务体系，把云、网、信，构筑一体化的要求，让安全不是构筑到简单的BaaS上，包含网络安全、技术安全、计算安全、网络安全、信息安全，形成整体的框架能力。
