越南总理Nguyễn Xuân Phúc最近签署了一项命令，将加密货币和区块链列为五大优先事项之一。根据发布的文件，这一决定是作为“积极参与第四次工业革命的研究、开发和应用”优先事项的一部分。自2018年以来，越南财政部已经启动了数项措施，以加强和管理该国的加密相关活动。此外，为了推动国家数字化转型，越南信息和通信部于2018年8月公布了一个企业区块链平台akaChain。
