Tazapay focuses on building cross-border transaction settlement and payment infrastructure for businesses. Nasdaq-listed Solana treasury company Artelo Biosciences announced the sale of 3,188,407 shares of common stock through a private placement at $3.45 per share, raising a total of $11 million. The new funds will be used for general corporate purposes and to repay some of the transitional debt. According to the latest data from Strategic Solana Reserve, Artelo currently holds 45,883 SOL tokens.
