A certain ETH band whale closed half of its short position 5 hours ago, bought back 10531 ETH and repaid the loan

According to PANews on January 8, according to monitoring by on-chain analyst Yu Jin, a certain ETH band whale chose to cut some losses and closed half of its short positions 5 hours ago: it spent 36.12 million USDT to buy back 10,531 ETH at a price of US$3,430 and repaid the loan.

His combined short selling cost was $3,458, which means that he realized a loss of $1.24 million after closing the positions. His current short selling position is -11,088 ETH (37.85 million USD).
