PANews reported on November 16 that according to The block, according to the revised court documents filed on November 14, Musk claimed to have rejected OpenAI's initial coin offering (ICO) in 2018. Musk and his legal team claimed that OpenAI's two founders, Sam Altman and Greg Brockman, wanted to launch tokens in early 2018 to help the company make a profit. At the time, Musk said, "This will only cause OpenAI and everyone associated with the ICO to lose credibility."
