VanEck predicts Bitcoin will rise to $180,000 by the end of the year, and price volatility may intensify at the end of the year

PANews reported on August 20th that according to VanEck's latest report released on August 18th, Bitcoin's price is projected to reach $180,000 by the end of 2025. The report noted that Bitcoin network transaction volume increased by 34% over the past 30 days, while miner hashrate reached a record high of 902 exahashes per second (EH/s). The US mining industry holds a 31% global market share. Meanwhile, the minting of Bitcoin Ordinals increased by 120% year-over-year, and the expected removal of block size restrictions in October is expected to further boost the number of Ordinals. The report also noted that digital asset companies' mNAV continues to decline, and low market volatility may limit their fundraising capabilities. VanEck analysts believe that price volatility may increase by the end of the year, but the overall trend remains bullish.
