Financial Times: Trump family earns over $1 billion a year from cryptocurrency business

PANews reported on October 16th that the Financial Times reported that an investigation into US President Trump and his family has revealed that they earned over $1 billion in pre-tax profits from cryptocurrency businesses over the past year. The investigation revealed that the Trump family's cryptocurrency empire encompasses multiple projects, including digital trading cards, meme coins, stablecoins, tokens, and decentralized finance platforms. The Trump and MELANIA meme coins generated approximately $427 million in sales and transaction fees. World Liberty Financial generated $550 million in revenue from the sale of its WLFI governance token, and $2.71 billion in USD1 stablecoin sales.
