PANews reported on August 21st that the preliminary S&P Global Manufacturing PMI for the U.S. in August was 53.3, a 39-month high. The preliminary S&P Global Services PMI for the U.S. in August was 55.4, a two-month low. The preliminary S&P Global Composite PMI for the U.S. in August was 55.4, an eight-month high.
