PANews reported on November 6 that according to CNN, on November 5 local time, Pennsylvania Secretary of State Al Schmidt said that due to a "software glitch," Cambria County was manually counting ballots that could not be scanned in the constituency earlier that day, and the process might "take some time." It is reported that manual counting is usually done by "two party teams working together." Schmidt said the entire process will be open to observation by candidates and authorized representatives.
