PANews reported on November 3rd that BNB Chain announced on its X platform that the Fermi hard fork version is now available for the BSC network. This upgrade reduces the block interval from 750 milliseconds to 450 milliseconds to improve transaction efficiency, network throughput, and overall performance. The testnet is scheduled to activate at 02:25 AM (UTC) on November 10th, 2025; the mainnet activation time is yet to be determined and will be decided after stress testing is completed.
