PANews reported on December 7th that, according to the Financial Times, citing sources familiar with the matter, New York brokerage Clear Street is preparing for an IPO, potentially as early as next month. Goldman Sachs is expected to lead the deal, but it is unlikely to be completed before January. The estimated valuation is between $10 billion and $12 billion. Clear Street has become one of the most prominent underwriters for cryptocurrency-related IPOs, including Strategy's offering. The firm also served as an underwriter for Trump Media and Technology Group, which has stated its intention to raise billions of dollars to build its own Bitcoin vault.
