PANews reported on December 9th that, according to Jinshi News, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics announced it will not release a press release for the October 2025 Producer Price Index (PPI). Due to funding disruptions (leading to the government shutdown), the Bureau is delaying the collection of October reference period data. The Bureau plans to release the October data on January 14, 2026, along with the November 2025 PPI press release.
The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics announced that it will not release October's PPI data for the time being; instead, it will be released together with the November data in January of next year.
