拍卖信息显示，莱特币商标（第 9 类和第 36 类，共计两个打包拍卖），起拍价为10万元人民币；云币商标（第 41 类）起拍价为10万元人民币，保证金均为1万人民币。两个商标的注册人为深圳远为文化有限公司，注册时间分别为2015年7月14日及2015年9月28日。
