PANews 4月17日消息，据The Block报道，4月14日，俄罗斯央行发布了未来三年该国支付发展的综合战略。其战略中突出的一点是强调数字卢布。除了重复先前的声明，即任何潜在的数字卢布都需要具有“现金和非现金属性”之外，俄罗斯央行还计划开发开放API，以允许数字卢布与其他私人支付平台集成。初步试点时间定于2022年。
