PANews 4月29日消息，据路透社报道，法国央行副行长Denis Beau周四表示，CBDC或许能够让初创企业以低成本获得央行融资，并削弱大型银行的作用。他表示：“在类似的监管要求下，大型银行在清算央行资金转账指令方面的作用将受到挑战。”
