PANews reported on December 28 that DeBot issued an update on the theft incident on the X platform, stating that users should not trust any registration forms issued under the guise of customer service. DeBot will release a compensation registration form through official channels within 24 hours and will provide 100% full compensation to all affected users.

Previous reports indicated that DeBot users' private keys were stolen , with hackers currently profiting $255,000 and continuing their thefts. DeBot stated that affected users will be compensated after the statistics are finalized.
