PANews reported on April 29 that according to People's Finance, in the early morning of April 29, Alibaba open-sourced the new generation of Tongyi Qianwen model Qwen3 (Qianwen 3 for short), which has only 1/3 of the parameters of DeepSeek-R1, greatly reduced costs, and performance surpassing OpenAI-o1 and other models.
