PANews reported on October 29th that X Layer posted on social media: "X Layer spokesperson Felix Fan's activities during his tenure created a conflict of interest with the company. Such behavior violated both his employment contract and the company's code of ethics. After careful consideration, the company has decided to immediately remove Felix Fan from his position as X Layer spokesperson. From the time of this announcement, any statement or action by Felix Fan cannot be considered as representing X Layer. The company will handle all related matters in accordance with relevant laws and regulations."
