한국경제에 따르면, 윤창현 국민의힘 가상자산특별위원회 위원장이 23일 국회의원회관에서 열린 '루나·테라 사태, 원인과 대책’ 간담회에서 “자본시장에서 6개 기관이 할 일을 가상자산시장에서는 거래소 하나가 다 한다. 자본시장은 거대한 규제체계로 움직이지만 가상자산은 10장 짜리 특금법 시행령 만으로 움직인다. 대체 그동안 정부는 뭘 했는가. 문재인 정부 공무원들이 서로 안하겠다며 ‘거리두기’를 해온 탓에 엉망이 됐다”고 지적했다. 이날 그는 "거래는 증권사에서, 주식 보관은 예탁원이, 평가는 신용평가사가, 전산은 코스콤이 관리한다”며 “가상자산은 법 도입이 늦어진 탓에 거래소 체제가 자리잡아버렸다”도 덧붙였다.
