북미 최대 IT 전문 미디어 테크크런치 소속 기자 재클린 멜리네크(Jacquelyn Melinek)가 방금 전 자신의 트위터를 통해 "자오창펑 바이낸스 최고경영자(CEO)에 따르면, 바이낸스가 준비 중인 산업 복구 기금은 약 20억 달러 규모"라고 말했다. 앞서 자오창펑 CEO는 FTX의 사기로 인해 부당하게 영향을 받은 건전한 기업을 지원하기 위해 산업 복구 펀드를 조성할 것이라고 언급한 바 있다.
