로이터에 따르면 탈중앙화 동영상 공유 플랫폼 비트슈트(BitChute)가 시리즈 A 라운드에서 최대 10억 달러 가치로, 1000만 달러를 모금 중이다. 비트슈트는 에어비앤비와 우버의 초기 투자자로 알려져 있는 제프리 워닉(Jeffrey Wernick)과 패트릭 다이 퀀텀(QTUM) 창립자, 매튜 브랜튼 등의 지분투자를 받은 상황이다. 투자금은 콘텐츠 제작자에게 보상을 줄 수 있는 새로운 기능 추가에 사용될 예정이다.
