약 55.6만 명의 X(구 트위터) 팔로워를 보유한 암호화폐 유튜버이자 인공지능(AI) 기반 암호화폐 트레이딩 소프트웨어 개발사 크립토씨(CryptoSea) 설립자 단 드 로버(Daan De Rover)가 "스테이킹된 ETH의 개수가 거래소 내 ETH 개수의 약 2배를 기록하고 있다"고 밝혔다. 데이터에 따르면, 현재 거래소 내 ETH는 약 1470만 개, 스테이킹 컨트랙트 내 ETH는 2810만 개다.
