USDC 발행사 서클이 공식 블로그를 통해 싱가포르에서 서클 민트(Mint) 서비스를 시작한다고 밝혔다. 싱가포르 서클 민트 사용자는 수수료 없이 USDC를 발행할 수 있다는 설명이다. 앞서 서클은 서클 계정(Account)을 서클 민트(Mint)로 명칭 변경한다고 공지한 바 있다. 서클은 지난 6월 싱가포르통화청(MAS)으로부터 메이저 결제 기관(MPI) 라이선스를 취득했다.
