X(구 트위터) 이용자 FTXRELOADED에 따르면 USDC 발행사 서클(Circle)이 FTX 채권 중 일부를 인수했다. 첨부된 채권양도통지서에는 서클 최고경영자(CEO) 제레미 알레어의 서명도 확인된다. 인수 채권 규모와 채권 양도자는 공개되지 않았다.
