나스닥이 공식 홈페이지를 통해 블랙록 비트코인 현물 ETF(IBIT)를 상장했다고 밝혔다. 이와 관련해 나스닥 북미시장 담당 부사장 케빈 케네디(Kevin Kennedy)는 "ETF 래퍼(Wrapper)를 통해 투자자는 효율적이고 편리하게 비트코인에 투자할 수 있다. IBIT는 비트코인 직접 투자에 대한 일부 장애물 및 운영 부담을 줄여줬다"고 말했다.
