온체인 데이터 분석 업체 룩온체인이 X를 통해 "특정 고래 주소가 약 3시간 전 바이낸스로 100 BTC(722만 달러)를 입금했다"고 분석했다. 해당 고래는 2023년 8월 24일부터 BTC를 매집하기 시작했다. 온체인 기록 기준 바이낸스에서 평단가 32,854 달러에 총 8,500 BTC(약 2억 7,900만 달러)를 매집, 평단가 43,534 달러에 바이낸스로 4,300 BTC(약 1억 8,300만 달러)를 입금했다. 현재 해당 고래는 4,300 BTC를 보유 중인 것으로 확인됐으며, 바이낸스 입출금 당시 시세를 매수·매도 시점으로 봤을 때 누적 실현 수익은 약 2억 1,700만 달러로 추산된다.
