월드코인이 미국 외 기관들에 WLD 공급량의 최대 19%를 판매할 예정이라고 블로그를 통해 밝혔다. 최대 6개월간 일주일 평균 50만~150만 WLD(현재 주간 거래량의 0.1~0.4%)를 판매할 것으로 예상되며 이에 따라 유통량이 늘어난다는 설명이다. 판매된 물량은 미국으로 유입되지 않도록 할 방침이다.
