비트코인닷컴에 따르면 아나톨리 악사코프(Anatoly Aksakov) 러시아 두마(하원) 금융위원회 위원장이 최근 인터뷰에서 "텔레그램 기반 게임 햄스터 컴뱃(Hamster Kombat·HMSTR)은 사기 프로젝트이며, 마땅히 금지돼야 한다"고 말했다.
