코인텔레그래프에 따르면, 인투더크립토버스 설립자인 벤자민 코웬(Benjamin Cowen)이 “현재 알트코인 시즌을 맞이하기 전 나타나는 고통의 단계를 지나고 있다, 곧 알트코인 시즌을 맞이할 것”이라고 예측했다. 코웬은 “현재 알트코인 시가총액 차트를 보면, 2019년과 유사한 흐름을 보이고 있다. 해당 패턴에 따르면 늦어도 2025년에 알트 시즌이 재현될 가능성이 높다. 2024년 12월 또는 2025년 1월 둘째 주가 분수령이 될 것으로 보인다”고 덧붙였다.
