비인크립토가 “테더가 14일(현지시간) 20억 USDT를 추가 발행하면서 지난 6일 동안 총 70억 USDT를 발행한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 잠재적으로 시장 역학 및 유동성 측면에서 시장 변동성을 낮추고 가격 안정성을 높일 수 있다”고 진단했다. 이어 “역사적으로 테더의 대규모 USDT 발행은 BTC 움직임과 밀접한 상관관계를 보여왔다. 예로, 올해 5월 테더가 10억 USDT를 발행한 후 BTC 가격이 상승하는 경향을 보였다”고 덧붙였다.
