vPoW 메커니즘 기반 게임파이 자산 발행 프로그래머블 인센티브 레이어 셀룰라(CELA)가 오늘부터 매달 18일 차징 수수료를 소각한다고 공지했다. 첫 소각 물량은 1,683,104.3 CELA로, 클레임된 에어드롭 물량의 12% 상당이다.
