우블록체인이 X를 통해 "이더리움 코어 개발자들이 146차 ACDC(All Core Developers Consensus) 회의에서 EIP-7691, EIP-7742, EIP-7251에 관련 제안을 업데이트했다. 그 중 EIP-7691는 레이어2에서 트랜잭션 처리 속도를 개선하고 거래 비용을 줄이기 위해 새로운 트랜잭션 유형인 블롭(Blob) 처리량을 6, 최대 처리량을 9로 설정하는 내용을 담고 있다"고 전했다.
