암호화폐 뉴스 전문 X 계정 db가 "2001년 1조4000억원 규모 회계 부정으로 파산한 에너지기업 엔론(Enron)이 몇몇 토큰을 선보이고 있다. 탈중앙화 기술을 통한 글로벌 에너지 위기 해결이 목적"이라고 전했다. 이와 관련 엔론은 공식 X를 통해 "(토큰 출시 관련) 수천 개의 메시지를 받았지만 '아직' 코인이나 토큰을 출시하지 않았다. 계속 지켜봐 달라"고 밝혔다.
