미국 암호화폐 채굴기업 마라홀딩스(구 마라톤디지털, MARA)가 전환사채 공모액을 기존 7억 달러에서 8억 5000만 달러로 증액했다. 마라홀딩스는 조달 자금 중 4800만 달러를 기존 2026년 만기 전환사채 일부를 재매입하는 데 사용하고, 나머지는 비트코인 매수, 사업 확장 등 일반 운영 자금으로 활용할 예정이라고 밝혔다. 해당 채권은 2031년 만기 제로금리 전환형 선순위 채권이다.
