코인텔레그래프에 따르면 바이낸스 최고경영자(CEO) 리차드 텅(Richard Teng)이 "미국 시장 재진출 여부를 따지는 것은 아직 시기상조라고 생각한다. 현재로서는 글로벌 배포에 집중하고 있다"고 전했다. 앞서 바이낸스는 제재 위반, 자금 세탁, 무허가 송금 등의 혐의로 미국 정부에 43억 달러 규모의 과징금을 납부한 뒤 미국 시장에서 철수한 바 있다.
